Fresh cut Nordmann Fir Christmas tree
Christmas is the most wonderful time of year- and the festive season is not complete without a Christmas tree. A Christmas tree makes the winter season so special, even amongst the bitterly cold winter.
Sitting by the Christmas tree with your loved ones and exchanging presents is a wonderful family tradition that the kids will remember for years to come- there is nothing like the smell of a real Christmas tree to bring that festive magic into your home!
Here at Nordmann Direct, we understand that people want a long-lasting Christmas tree, which doesn’t feel stiff and scratchy, or shed all its needles all over your carpet, but still looks luxurious.
That is why we offer a selection of the very best quality Christmas trees, which are affordable, low maintenance and look aesthetically pleasing. They are crisp, fresh and evergreen, and they are guaranteed to bring a smile to the faces of your family and friends.
Transform your home into a wonderland throughout the winter season with one of our real Christmas trees. These have a smaller carbon footprint than artificial trees, which are usually non-recyclable and end up in landfills. This makes real Christmas trees a more sustainable choice and are therefore better for the environment.
Each of our Christmas trees have luscious green foliage, soft, wide needles, and evenly distributed branches- to support all the hanging ornaments that you desire!
To help keep your Nordmann Christmas tree healthy and fresh, store it away from sources of heat (such as your central heating) and direct sunlight.
Keep the tree submerged in water to keep it hydrated and nourished- if you don’t already have a base for your Christmas tree, simply add our Christmas Tree stand to your basket when ordering, and you will be good to go.

How to care for you real Christmas tree
• Keep your Christmas tree watered and hydrated. Check the water level every day.
• Don’t add anything to the water that you feed your Christmas tree. Plain tap water is perfectly acceptable.
• Avoid overwatering your Christmas tree. 2 pints of water a day should be ok for the first week, and then gradually reduce this.
• Clear space in your room before you set up your Christmas tree and decorate it.
• Never put your Christmas tree near open flames and sources of heat. Your tree can dry out or even catch fire, if it is too close to heat sources.
• In the location of your Christmas tree, cover the floor with a cloth or tarpaulin, to soak up any water spillages.
• If you are decorating your Christmas tree with lights, place your tree near a plug socket.
• Don’t overload your tree with too many electrical lights- as these are a fire hazard.
• Remember to turn off any electric lights on your Christmas tree when you leave the house, to prevent the tree from drying out.
• Store your Christmas tree in a cool, dry place, when you are not using it. Don’t just place it outside- the tree may not withstand extreme temperatures or weather conditions.
• Make sure your Christmas tree stand can hold the amount of water that your tree needs.
• When you take down your Christmas tree, carefully empty out the tree stand, being careful not to spill any water on the floor.
• When it is time to dispose of your Christmas tree, check with your local recycling centre to see if the tree can be chipped.
